And today I finish rip tileset of Super Mario Bros. 3 outside, and inside of toad house base of Super Demo World: The Legend Continues. Since I beat the whole game of Super Demo World: The Legend Continues for Super Mario World long time ago.

Iirc you aren't supposed to rip tilesets from hacks unless it is publicly released or you are given the permission to do so. I read that somewhere in the forums, mfgg or smwcentral in 2014 but idk if you can rip tilesets from hacks now.

I really don't see how it's any different from ripping from Nintendo games. The only difference is you actually have to pay for those!

I guess it is fine if you credit the creator of the hack or get a permission from him
