Except the chances are with a competition where most of the users are good designers, I'm afraid that someone could doing so.
But besides that it isn't likely, no one should have the right to do so either.
I'm only saying that because there is still that small chance that someone might have worked really hard on their level and they suddenly fail.

That's why I said no one should have the right, not that they should due to the latter, because they'll understand what they did wrong and get to improve in the future.
This problem has been going around for a few years now.

There are occasions when judges themselves can be wrong.

With that said, users shouldn't respond with useless bickering and frustration. If they believe that a judge scored their level unfairly, then they should state their case in a calm, controlled manner, and come into the conversation with the notion that there's something they could learn from what the judges are saying.

Well I got about 50% of the reviews written down, when I wake up tomorrow I'll warp everything up.
