Luigi's Kingdom Chaos (Please lock!)

Hello everyone! After my return to the SMBX community, I decided to get my hands back on the editor and create a new project, which will hopefully become an episode in a near future (who am I kidding, I'm probably gonna finish half of it by mid-July of next year). But anyways, this episode has been heavily inspired by Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii (which would explain why I took some names from there/directly copied great levels and made them bad), and I'm looking to release a demo of the first world as soon as I finish it (which would be in like...a month or so perhaps?) Now, it's not like this is the most ambitious project in the entire SMBX community, hell no, however, I have a very busy lifestyle nowadays and have other things to do, which is why it would take me so long. So, with all of this said, on with episode!

Story:
[WIP]

This episode features 8 main worlds, each containing around 5-7 levels, a fortress, a castle, and an airship/tank stage in some of them. I will also be including 3 special worlds with 3 levels each, allowing to player to skip certain worlds, or complete every world and collect every secret that can be found.

These worlds would be:

1. Glorious Grasslands
2. Sandy Ruins
A: Haunted Boneyard
3. Mushroom Gorge
B: Bombard Cliffs
4. Cheep-Cheep Beach
5. Whistling Woods
C: Steam Gardens
6. Freezing Glacier
7. Whimsical Skies
8. Bowser's Volcanic Paradise

*World names are bound to change before release, as well as the order of the worlds!*

Some notes about the episode:
-It's going to be made in 38A/SMBX 1.4 (you can impale me later).
-It's going to use SMB3 styled/recolored graphics.
-It's going to feature a world map.
-It will probably be finished by 2018.

Thank you for the positive feedback so far guys. :) I also just added a poll to see how many levels would you guys like to see per world. Due the character limits of the poll tittle, I wanted to add that this is without counting the fortress, castle, and airship/tank levels (these last two are not for every world, but some of them will eventually have these included). Again, thanks a ton for the feedback so far. :D

Thanks a ton man! I do hope it eventually is high-quality, in terms of gameplay and such of course, since I really haven't worked on level designing in quite a while, and I have to re-learn everything again, but well, it'll definitely be worth it in the end. It's mainly because I've taken the approach of giving my favourite character in the whole franchise an episode of his own. That, and the fact that the levels aren't really designed for two players, but even then, I didn't really want to do the typical "Bowser kidnapps Peach, now Mario and Luigi have to save her!". I have something else in mind, but making all of it would eventually take some time (mainly because of all the Custom GFX I would need), but I still want to try and do it nonetheless. :)

it's always a pity if someone starts with good work and then after a few months gives up on the project but wants to start a new one

I hope you use your already finished creations in some ways instead of completely abandoning them.

Yeah, don't worry, I have much bigger and better plans for this new project, and I will use some elements from this one as well. You won't be dissapointed. :)
