i tried my hardest my the megaman block would not work and its very laggy

the megaman block is solid unless you are megaman
the megaman switch turns you to megaman when you hit it

we'll need more info than "its very laggy" if you want input latency or low framerates to be fixed

Megaman switch (my bad) just acts like a music block but downwards only.

and the tester it goes like a 25fps (very low for me since i always run 60 atleast on the legacy editor) and im pretty sure that pge editor is in the beta stages or something like that.

Are you using LunaTester?

Don't use that, it's still in alpha (hence alpha tester).
Like everyone said use the LunaTester (press F5).
