As far as it goes, if you don't treat someone else like a human being, you should not be treated like a human being. Therefore, Willhart does not deserve to be treated with respect if he doesn't do the same.

And no, he is banned from this community. He cannot participate.

Technically, every human deserve respect in some way, but see,what willhart did was awful, and so see, it is natural that people didn't really like him after what he did to horiwaka otane.

I wanted to keep a promise I made last year. There's nothing wrong with keeping promises, is there? TNTtimelord answered the question. No need for everyone to be so harsh with a simple question. I will not break a rule for someone else, but I will ask if I am unsure. I was just trying to keep a promise, nothing else. Either way, my level is 60% done.

Well, I usually completely forget to work on my level in most contests I enter, and so I don't get it finished.

About testing, what I recommend is that you test your level in every character form so if any level breaking mishaps happen you'll be prepared to fix them. This sounds arduous but it's only a recommendation, although I highly prefer if you actually do such.

Or, y'know, filter, either using a line or three of Lua, or the old-fashioned block-and-barrier.
