Are you sure you uninstalled SMBX, disabled your antivirus, and then downloaded SMBX again?
Before i registered an account to report this, i installed SMBX and it worked fine, until the next day. I had to reinstall it but the same problem happens
Instead of disabling your antivirus, delete it and get a new one like Malwarebytes. (o boi, advertising like a b0ss, lel)

One does not just delete the antivirus.
Most of them have settings and advanced configuration properties. You can usually either change the intensity/level to medium (I personally wouldn't put it on low, but just get it off high if it is) and often it will accept exceptions. You can do an Internet search to learn how to configure it in this manner. You should never need a new antivirus and to uninstall your current one unless it is not functioning properly at the highest level. Since it's functioning too well per se it's just about changing your settings

The best antivirus is common sense.
Every other is flawed you should just know where and what you should download and what not

Alternatively, try using the 2.0 open beta, which also has a lot more stuff than 1.3.0.1.

I have Avast and it does not delete my SMBX (it sometimes thinks it could be a problem, but it just scans it and realises it is fine).

What files are missing? Maybe your antivirus picked up some of these files and deleted them?

That possible, or another reason you wasn't unpacked game right, or you have downloaded damaged archive:
- Please compare the MD5 checksum bb9ce7325d321abfb4376c9354932c0f of SMBX 1.3.0.1.zip after download, and check out the size which must be 137 667 413 bytes.
- If you have trouble with your network, try the multi-tome archive: (50 + 50 + 23 MB) from here: http://wohlsoft.ru/docs/SMBX_1.3.0.1/splitted/

Instead of yelling at people you could have provided a screen of your smbx folder which would have helped us to help you.

I fixed the ZIP but don't have the desire to fix the setup executable at this time.
In other news, SMBX 1.3.0.1 has been downloaded almost 300,000 times.
just fix it or this will be the fate of smbx

To unpack zip, WinRAR is not needed: the Windows (since Windows XP) has embedded support to unpack ZIP files - the "ZIP-Folders" feature. It must be at you. If you really need for separated archivator software, I suggestign you to take 7zip: it has 1.1 MB weight and it must be stored on server which is near to you : http://www.7-zip.org/
