No, that is not the solution. A Community Contest is a normal event. I am not exactly sure why The Invasion 3 has been shut down (or maybe it is still somewhere here?), I do not know.

...but the main problem is if someone is doing that with not even be a bit more famous enough (Introduction, showing his/her work and so on...) and takes the leader, it would most likely just having a bad time having low (or zero) amount of contructive helpers around.

Yeah, Nexus is exactly right, some time after we reopened it Cloud told Raster to close Revived. I actually have access to Revive right now and TI3 still exists so if anyone wants to lead it again then I'll give them the data and stuff like that. I'm not reopening Revived again but if someone wants to lead that project then PM me and I'll consider it. And whoever leads it can either make a thread for TI3, and if that's not allowed then I'll let that person lead TI3 on my forum

TI3, i think than the rise of this forum was was the purpose of sinking the project, because all users migrated to here and forgotten the SMB:R. But I haven't not against here ( I like a lot this forum )
The PM ( Projects Moderators ), were all inactive, just me,Beyond, Conellossus and reghrhre cared with the forum and project...
And to disgrace all, my computer burned and lost all my levels (including level I was doing for the project, and the levels of all users), when my computer was fixed, the project had been canceled, I had not any levels ... Only had this forum, and I had already lost opotunidade level of being a judge.
Honestly was the worst thing that ever happened to me... Until Today I feel hurt to remember that I lost all, my best and worst levels....
And reghrhre, Your proposal is interesting....
