I have a plan, it might be complete stupidity but I just want to throw this out here.
Why won't we have the sheriff claim in the thread day 1. The doctor will then claim to the sheriff claimer aswell as protect him night 2. The vigilate will not claim nor kill night 2. If the mafia's night 2 kill is blue it is pretty safe to assume the sheriff claimer is mafia(disguiser most likely). The vigilante will then kill the claimer or we will lynch them. In the worst case scenerio we will lose the doctor and the sheriff. But, since there is a nurse and a deputy, wel will just get a new one. A far more likely scenario will be that an alliance will have formed by the end of night 2. The sheriff will eventually die (obviously) but the deputy will take his place and the alliance will be whole again. Tell me what you think, I am vanilla townie BTW.

Well, doctor or sheriff are both fine with me, they are both replacable. Just dont let the vigi claim.

It seems ok, but it should be risky. In all sincerety, what are we gonna do if two people claim? Remember that one of the mafia members can paint themselves.

tbh i think what we're gonna do also depends on what happens N1 - if a blue dies, the Sheriff/Doc may not be "disposable" anymore, and even if a green dies it may be the Nurse/Deputy. Making plans now may lead to them being destroyed by the Mafia's N1 kill.

The idea of two of each does help though. Still courious when the phase change is considering the longer than 24 hour delay though.
