So I'm able to play the game BUT...

Every time I go into the File via the File Explorer and click on the SMBX.exe application file my PC prompts me to "Extract all the files" every time I try to play unless I leave the file explorer open on that page. Is there a way I can fix this? I don't want to have to "extract all the files" every time I try to play...

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance guys! (Hopefully this'll be the last time you guys here from me on the forums for awhile...)

Can you show us a screen of what the folder the game is in looks like?

You're trying to run the SMBX executable (smbx.exe) from within the zipfile (SMBX 1.3.0.1.zip). Find the location that you extracted the game to, if you extracted the zipfile at all, and play the game from there. If you haven't extracted the zipfile yet, extract it to C:\SMBX or an equivalent location (don't put it in Program Files) and you'll be able to run the game from there normally.
