Can we put the level we creatd in an episode AFTER the contest?

You can (in fact that was done many times), but you have to wait until the results before you can publish your level in any way, as it must stay anonymous to the judges.

I asked if, after the contest, you could put the level you submitted in an episode, and apperently, yes.

Good thing there is no rules against using 38-A, becuase i'm using Super Koopas in my level.
well, there probably is gonna be a rule against 38a after i said 38a. . . .

1.4 isn't allowed. You can only use 2.0 beta 3 or anything relating to that.
