Don't worry. There's no bias against levels that don't use LunaLua and there's still a lot of great stuff you can do. Take a look at CC12 for example; a good deal of high-placing levels didn't use it. LunaLua is just another tool. Docking points for not using LunaLua is like saying to someone who made an amazing level, "By the way you lost 5 points since you didn't use events." You can use whatever assets you're comfortable with in the end and it won't be held against you
