Are you the one organizing it for Horikawa? I sent Horikawa my level through the Talkhaus in a PM, but she hasn't responded yet. It's probably just because she has been really busy with stuff.

If the PM has been read that means it has been checked out. No need for a reply to it since once the number doesn't exist at the outbox it will go into sent messages which means that message has been checked by the recipient.

I'm likely not gonna make any levels for this, as I've generally not had a lot of motivation and ideas for levels. I do have an idea for a level, but I'm likely not gonna make it for this contest as I'm afraid I'm just gonna rush it and have it be terrible.

Same to me, howerver i think my idea would fit nicely to the contest.

Oh, really? I never knew that. Yeah, there's still a number by the Outbox (at the Talkhaus), so she probably just hasn't gotten around to it.

Under normal contest circumstances, it's standard courtesy to wait until the contest is finished and the placings are fully posted. However, since there might be a LP of raocow playing it, I don't know.

I remember raocow was going to play the finalized version of CC12, so I waited, then after the results were announced, I waited a little more. After it became obvious that CC12 would take a while to come out, I posted my video. To this day, CC12 is still...somewhere? I don't know.

If you believe your level to be really good, you should let raocow and others make LP videos of it first before you make a standard play/author's commentary video of it. A lot of people won't even play the levels when the contest released and will be seeing them for the first time when raocow plays it.

Is that an extended deadline or just the day that the levels will be videoed and ranked on?

Meaning that the commencement of the review starts from the 3rd
The stage will be handed over from horikawa in 2nd

The deadline in Japan is 28th, but there is a time difference.
So, I think good to send for horikawa before March 2.

I completely done with my levels but I was missing something, the screenshot. And quick question, should the .txt file will be in the folder or outside folder ?

if txt and screenshot are included in the folder to be submitted, it is ok.

I guess the very least thing you should do is pushing the deadline back to 23:59 PST so Pacifics also have the full 28th available, and it's also no problem since reviews start later anyway.
