Nope, it's Windows 10 with Classic Shell enabled to bring back the XP-style Start menu and taskbar, along with some registry edits done by me to get the font back.

Huh, I have Classic Shell, but for Windows 8.1. Is there like... a place to download skins for stuff?

Not sure if this works for 8.1, but if you click "Settings" by right-clicking on the menu, and then selecting the "Skin" tab, you should find the XP setting under the drop-down.

Hmm.. clutter?
Tiled (in comparison to stacked) barebones-style Window Managers like i3WM are the best for productivity in my experience.
i3WM is quite itself keyboard driven. I could also just use to make an application fullscreen out of that 'clutter' anytime as well in this case!
