Ah, just re-read the role list and the Wolf Tamer (sheriff) can privately confirm his role just by inspecting. In my opinion he should do this ASAP particularly if he already inspected a blue or green as it will allow a foolproof town alliance to happen (again, as long as no unconfirmed townies are involved).

And yes, I hope the wolf tamer reveals himself to a townie if he got one. We need an alliance asap

The Wolf Tamer may have an important role here. If he inspects a blue and then proves he is the Wolf Tamer by inspecting again, it can start a blue alliance. Depending on the person it can have different results:
If it is the Medic: The Tamer can inspect someone and find his color. Depending on this color, the medic can protect this person;
If it is the Hunter: The Hunter tells who is the apprentice, so the Tamer can confirm that any other red is mafia. Then, if the Tamer finds a mafia, the hunter nightkills this mafia(Well, unless it is the banished townie)
If it is the Innkeeper: The Tamer inspects someone. If it is red, the innkeeper should use his ability to avoid the mafia freezing at least this red in order to protect him from lynches.

As Supershroom allready said, this is pretty difficult to pull off. Since the Wolf Tamer can only see cardflip colours and finding yellow or red doesn't neccesarily mean he found the Salesman or a mafioso, it might aswell be the ghostly townie or the hunter's apprentice. And as long as the hunter isn't a part of the alliance, every mafia member can just infiltrate the alliance claiming hunter's apprentice with no one being able to prove them wrong except for the hunter himself.

That is true, however there will also be no proof that someone is the Hunter's apprentice. And the chance of a red to be a Hunter's Apprentice is 25%. So I don't think anyone would be stupid enough to believe in a red claiming he is the Apprentice without the confirmation of the hunter.

In my opinion, the most dangerous thing the SS can do if he is lucky enough to find a blue and 2 nights later he kills that person and hides that certain special's death.
Also I wonder if we can get any leads anytime soon.

Pseudo-Dino is who I would vote for the helpful specials using their abilities on as well since She seems to be a target for Mafia. She could be a mafia member being protected by her team mates, or was just frozen to keep quiet. It really is 50/50 on that. But then maybe you are right and only the Innkeeper should target her? Always great to see what others think. Since the night is almost over, I would say that I think the specials may not get to see these. I just hope no blue dies tonight.
