-midpoints carrying over across playthroughs in sturg's level
-judge death api works now
-version checking (in case we notice more whoopsies)
and some more oversights fixed!

It can be used in 2.0 also. ASMBXT uses LunaDLL or somewhat will ninja'd me LunaLUA.
