Favorite Mario Powerup

My favorite Mario powerup is the all too familiar Starman. Don't ask...

My favorite power-up has to be the ice flower. I think it's really Cool to be able to make ice blocks out of anything that moves and not hurt yourself with them. They're like safety koopa shells.

Not to mention that combined with a timestopping item (or cheat), you can get on top of the block right after you've thrown it to ride it through the level!
So now its like a Rainbow shell too. Nice.

Fire Flower hands down. It obliterates almost anything, it's easy to use, and simply really nice-looking.

The Cape Feather has to be my favorite. The flying mechanics take a bit to get used to but it's so fun to use once you master it. It's also extremely overpowered.

Actually, one powerup that I appreciate more nowadays in the Mini-mushroom. Unlike most powerup that are designed to make the level easier this one is more of a trade-off. Platforming becomes easier, but killing enemies is harder and Mario can be killed in one hit. It's kinda like the opposite of the hammer powerup from Donkey Kong.

The Penguin Suit. It's 3 powerups in one: The Ice Flower, the Frog Suit, and the Blue Shell, but better.
And the powerup sound when you grab the suit... It's odd but fits a penguin well.

My favorite power-ups: LF=Least Favorite F=Favorite ATF=All-Time Favorite
-Fire Flower (from SMB1 because the best classic power-up) F
-Racoon Leaf (from SMB3 because how easy to get them to fly) F
-Blue Shell (from NSMB because how Overpowered it is) ATF
-Mega Mushroom (from NSMB because how cool the feature to cause destruction gives you 1-ups) F
-Ice Flower (from SMBX because how cool a concept freezing enemies is, and the reason i write from SMBX is because that's the first game i played with Ice Flower) ATF
-Propeller Suit (from NSMBWii and SMM because you can fly much easier than Racoon Suit and the Cape) F
-Frog Suit (from SMB3 because how fast it swims underwater but it's an absolute trash on land) LF
-Hammer Suit (from SMB3 because hammers kills enemies that were invulnerable before like Thwomps and Boos) ATF
-Tanooki Suit (from SMB3 i don't like it that much just because it's like a Racoon Leaf with Statue Ability) LF
-P-Wing (from SMB3 because you can fly as long as you want) LF
-Mini Mushroom (from NSMB because you can go to small pipes that could give you some bonuses and the high jump) LF
-Feather Cape (from SMW, you can fly permanently, but to fly, the trick is hard to pull of) LF

Ice Flower is cheap and overpowered. Therefore, I love it.

The Roto-Disc is a glowing energy disc that spins around a block. Mario must time his passage around them very carefully in order to avoid collision. It can only be destroyed by one means: with Tanooki Mario's statue stomp

I like the Super Leaf, Tanooki Suit, Cape Feather, Propeller Mushroom, P-Wing, Blue Yoshi and... well, i guess i just like flying powerups in general!

8. Fire Flower from many games that uses this. It is kinda sucks that the first game shoots 2 fireballs only. In later game, you can shoot many fireballs!
9. Cloud Flower from SMG. I can make my own clouds?(Not a question)Whoo hoo!(Yeah,I know there's a limited clouds. But you can take another cloud flower btw.)
10. Spring Mushroom from SMG. You can bounce high than normal jump.
11. Bee Mushroom from SMG. Not much to say about this.
