At first, you seems have no right working OpenGL (therefore you got error). Which hardware you have? (CPU, Memory, Video card specs. Don't know and don't know how to learn it? goto "Start" -> "run" (quick way via keyboard: "Flag-key" + "Run"), then type "dxdiag" and press "Ok". If any question box will be spawned, answer any, no matter, then must be spawned big info dialog where described detail information about your hardware)
Also, seems, here in LunaLUA side is imperfection which caused attempt to use OpenGL while it doesn't supported. (Just for a test, try PGE Engine (no matter it's imperfections, just to check out workflow on your hardware. I implemented ability to process any stuff on any graphical driver, even without OpenGL))

Look: LunaLUA uses OpenGL 3.1. PGE Engine uses three drivers: OpenGL 3.1, OpenGL 2.1 and software rendering, SMBX-38A (true name of "SMBX 1.4" to don't confuse different implementations of SMBX Engine) uses Direct X 9 (which uses similar features to OpenGL 2.x). Your laptop seems supports OpenGL 2 only. To check that, take latest laboratory build of PGE, try run PGE Engine and in the menu Options -> Video settings -> Show debug info to be able see which current video driver in use (in right-top corner)

First try, instead cry!
PixelPest told right, and you must do everything that told here.

No, you wasn't said which OpenGL version (I.e. OpenGL 3.1, OpenGL 2.1, Software SDL) supported by your PC (by video card of your PC). It's VERY important.
To check this:
* Open this page http://wohlsoft.ru/docs/_laboratory/ and find "Online installer for Windows (x86)", download it
* If you have Avast antivirus, shut it up! If you have no antivirus or another - skip this step
* Run it and Install laboratory PGE Project
* In the Start menu find "All Programs" -> "PGE Project" -> "Start game"
* When main menu will be shown, open "Options" -> "Video settings" -> "Show debug info".
* Find in the shown text the "Graphical engine" label and tell me what it said:
(example which showing "OpenGL 3.1". Possible variants also "OpenGL 2.1" and "Software SDL")
