That, along with all the other Koopalings as well. Valtteri did them. I'd check the Ultimate SMBX CGFX Pack if you haven't done so if I were you.

I had already downloaded that pack, it is quite big and when I downloaded it I didn't really have time
to go through all of it, but I just went through it now and found the rest of the SMB3 Koopalings,
Along with iggy koopa. But when I posted this I didn't know Valtteri had already done them, although I
had suspected someone probably would have.
