Helicopter acting as a Lakitu? (Request)

Has anybody made a Helicopter sprite that acts like a Lakitu?

I want it to be about the size of Mother Brain's Glass but wider.

I'm not going through all of the GFX packs looking for a sprite like this. I haven't got all day.
