Need help finding a plugin for Paint.NET

Back in a previous version of Paint.NET I used to have a plugin that allowed me to resize images pixel-perfect. If I had a 1x1 pixelated gun and wanted to double it's size without losing said 1x1 pixelated style, the plugin allowed me to resize it keeping said style. Anybody know what it's called and where can I find it? Google couldn't help me here.

That's not a plugin, it's the nearest neighbour setting which you can set in every menu that lets you scale and rotate images.

Err ... no, because then the 1x1 pixelated gun would turn into a 2x2 pixelated gun, and I don't want that.
