I recently finished Zero Time Dilemma on Steam, so I've been looking at some new games to see if I can find something good. I've been considering buying Starbound now that 1.0 is out.

I got this really cool rom hack for SMB3, 2 hacks actually. One of them gives you the option to SAVE, which is so helpful when you don't feel like beating the entire game or using save states. The second one gives you an item slot similar to that of SMW which is a really nice addition to the game. I can officially say with these hacks, SMB3 is my favorite 2d platformer of all time.

do you want to follow up the crippling disappointment of ztd with the crippling disappointment that is starbound 1.0?

I'll have you know that disappointment is my middle name.
But joking aside I thought ZTD wasn't that bad. Besides some obvious con's in there (like seriously, they couldn't come up with anything better then "complex motives?") I thought the D-Team section's were really well executed.

regardless of what you think of ZTD (whatever that is), don't give your money to chucklefish.

I admit, I am a bit skeptical after the reception of the Beta's, and plus the only reason I'm checking it out is because of the depressing reception of No Man's Sky, a game that I was looking forward to but it turned out to be a bit stale after 5-6 hours. If you guys are right, then I might wanna try out something else like Firewatch or Enter the Gungeon instead.

Playing Super Mario Bros. 3 for the NES and also Castlevania 3, also for the NES.
Castlevania 3, of course, is harder than SMB 3, I still haven't been able to beat it since the last time I did so, which was probably 8 or 7 years ago.

You obviously haven't attempted to get on a server, its hell on earth.
Anywho, I got Castlevania II with a shit ton of improvement patches that make the game a lot of fun.
One changes villager dialog so they make sense
One brightens the color pallet and makes it easier on the eyes
One explains the story better with improved cut-scenes
One makes the day/night cycle better (no more curses for you)
One adds a save system that replaces the password system from before (though cheats are still a thing)
And finally, after a total of 5 improvement patches, the game is fun. It only took us, what? 20 years to get here?

My avatar on PSN (you can see it in my signature) should say what I have been playing.

I'm playing recently Freedom Planet. It's a really cool game.
I already finished with the 3 main character and I'm just trying to get the collectibles. Also waiting for the DLC to play as Torque and Spade.

Super Mario Maker
That's pretty much it! I did play though some of my 3DS Games, but I accidentally dropped it, so now the upper screen's all messed up, so I can't play on it anymore ;-;

My 3DS lost it's top screen after the right thing broke. My 3DS just clicks off on it's own if trying to turn it on though.

I've been playing the new Ace Attorney and it's super good! I've been left mostly unspoiled so it's pretty much blind. It's definitely a step up from Dual Destinies.
