@MECHADRAGON777: You can see how you're required to make a level 5 Dragon Coins by just looking at the format I've just shown. So sorry, such gimmick you had in mind has to be changed. Sorry, but you can only apply as one of them at a time. It would be weird if you were selected for both, even if I doubt it would actually occur. So yeah, you should choose only one of them. Also, your reviews are currently being reviewed, so you should be patient. Unfortunately, there's no Ice World for the moment, but I'll see if I can add an Ice World. Yeah, everyone is allowed to make World Maps. I'll check all of the World Maps sent and I'll decide along the judges which shall remain as the original World Map.

I mean, If I do not make main Antagonist, can I run for one of the four leaders, I know If I make one, I will not get the other, but I am just running for both encase I do not make the other. Also, Is The Castle Open for me to star building?

I'll bet it does - I just haven't tested it and I'm away from home today and tomorrow.
Ludwig takes 15 fireballs, and he counted as 15 hits (I.e. -10 meant he took 5 stomps), and since Bowser takes 200 fireballs I'll bet he has 200 hits.
Also shouldn't it be GeneRic grassland? Unless this is like Super Metroidio Bros Do-It-Together Episode.

@Murphmario: I'm afraid you can't call for a level that far yet. I'd rather let people make levels of the same world to avoid creating a variant-through-levels difficulty level.

About difficulty: Please don't send in levels which are too far off of the difficulty standards for worlds. Claiming 5-7 won't give you the power to make a level which is significally harder than 5-3 and you shouldn't be making too hard/easy levels for the specific world anyways.

You send PMs to the judges which you can see in the first post of this topic, together with a download link and screenshots. Everything after that is trivial, until you recieve a message with either "approved" or "rejected" and, I think, the reviews.
