If SMBX 2.0 Samus follows the rules of Super Metroid, she cannot use Plasma at the same time as Spazer.

It may also result in game crashes, absolute destruction of bosses, a weapon that is only useful for opening doors, and in general glitchiness.

In all seriousness, if Samus was based on her Super Metroid version, she would actually be able to run. 2.0 Samus can't run, and thus can't mockball.

Forgot about that. I hope she is based on her Super Metroid version though. It would make my Metroid episode a lot easier. I hope I will not have to code my own power bombs ^_^

Forgive me if this has been asked already, but since the PGE editor is Mac-compatible, does that mean that SMBX 2.0 will also be supported?

SMBX is already sort of Mac-supported using a special Wine installer made by Axiom: http://www.smbxgame.com/forums/v ... 04#p163847

It's pretty great, and hopefully will be made compatible with SMBX 2.0.

I hope SMBX 2.0 is finished, besides is great that more NPCs will be come in the future, i suggest to have an enemy that will explode when is on contact on the player, such as scrapped Super Paper Mario enemy called Kamikaze Goomba.

Actually, we have the SMB2 Bob-omb which, if you put playerblocktop=0 on it, it'll explode when you jump on it. It's kinda similar, but not what you're getting on at exactly.
