It's a thing a lot of people have to learn... It's really useful.

Wait, you were talking about PGE this whole time? Why didn't you say so the first time? Anyway it's a lot easier than it looks, you just need to fiddle around with the buttons. Or if that doesn't work, you could just switch to the Legacy editor (the 1.3.0.1 editor) and effectively get rid of all your problems right there.

See? Wasn't so hard to specify now, was it?

Weird... I was trying to record using the game bar... doing my boss rush episode (Going to showcase it via YouTube) And when I try to do the first boss... the game crashes.

What is the error you are getting and what are your specs? My initial guess could be that your computer just isn't fast enough

First, I have Windows 10, and secondly, The Game thinks I'm missing "smbx.exe" must be because I'm recording using the game bar. I'll go see if it just happens if I try to record

What you've posted there isn't hugely helpful. I suggest copying the contents of the upper text box (i.e. the error log), and pasting it into hastebin, then posting that here. The important information is lower down on the error log than shown by that screenshot.

OK, so I just downloaded the latest build of PGE, and moved it into the SMBX 2.0 folder so I can integrate it with SMBX 2.0. I've not done this before and I'm struggling because the instructions aren't that clear-cut. How do you integrate SMBX 2.0 with the latest PGE build?

This is actually quite important to you, because if you stick with 1.3 you're going to be starved on levels because everyone will be making 2.0 levels and almost all of them won't be compatible with 1.3. This is why it's so important, but if you want to be like that then that's fine ~



Also Horikawa, that is good to hear!
SMBX is so close to release I can almost smell it!
Looking forward to what you guys manage to do for a trailer!
