Super Mario Bros: Tear in the Fabric! My first SMBX game. I don't have much experience with a level editor, but I have read several guides on scripting. I would like to get help on making this game actually happen, but so far as the start of this thread, I only have a few levels completed.
Story
When recreate by dark matter colliding from the battlezone he was destroyed from, Dark Bowser uses his power to began tearing apart reality itself. He collides several worlds into one, which could cause their fate to end by the collision destroying them entirely. The Mario Bros were out at their house at the time when a void opened, sending multiple worlds into the Mario World. The Mario Bros go to investigate, where they learn they need to quickly make their way to Peach's Castle. A Toad nearby came along to help. However, on the way, they discover a certain super fighting Robot, and a certain pink copying Puffball. Mega Man and Kirby.
Playable Characters
Mario
Luigi
Mega Man (Over Link)
Kirby (Over Toad)
Images (So Far)
Credits
Thanks to the makers of The Community GFX Pack, h2643's Graphic Pack, and Valtteri's Graphic Pack 1.0.1, which were the graphic packs I used in the episode so far.
I would like to have some help on making this, as I dunno anything about making SMBX Levels and Episodes. I've only finished two levels so far, one which was the intro level, and then a flying based layer movement level underground. Both were rather short though.
Although, I'll try to make the game as long and enjoyable as I can. It's meant to be a crossover game between Mario, Kirby, Mega Man, and several other games. Sorry if I didn't meat qualifacations on making this thread, however.

For your first SMBX Episode, it looks ok so far but what it misses in the overworld are some sceneries... also not sure what's all with the bullet bills in the cave screenshot with no ground at the bottom. Anyway, so far it does look interesting but I guess it should be worked on more on sceneries at the overworld section so it doesn't look too bland while playing it.

Looks rather interesting, but definitely needs scenery. I suggest you get inspiration from other episodes/levels first for inspiration if you don't know what you are doing. I wish you look tho.

I took this advice, working on the next level with lots of background objects and detail, attempting to at least. Thanks for that.
Although, the Bullet Bills in the cave are because the level is based off of riding a platform through it. That's why the other image has Mario and a Toad on the floating platform, surrounded by enemies.
On a non replay topic though..
I think I might put this game on hiatus and start designing levels for a time, so I can make the game as good as I can, since I don't have any experience as of now.

It is simple really. You just make levels, a world map, and then link the levels to the world map and you are ready! It is highly advised to test before you release it.

You upload it via MediaFire or similar websites in a folder as a .zip or similar files, post screenshots on Imgur or similar websites, and post the thread with the download link and screenshots, and you are ready! Hope this helps.
