The meme is kinda dead and I don't see a particular use for this NPC, but the sprite is not that bad.

Not only is the meme dead as others have said, but the sprite is very poorly done. Also, the phrase is "here comes dat boi", however the meme frog itself is just "dat boi"

While the sprite is pretty decent, I do have to agree that it's a dead meme, and you probably should have put something in the desc about how you didn't even intentionally mean to revive it, if that's what you weren't trying to do, at least.
Actually, I think you would have got a bit better comments if you instead did King Harkinan's famous "My Boi" face.

Love how everyone's talking about how the meme is dead but only one person bothered to comment on the graphic itself.

And I didn't find the sprite bad, actually. But it suffers from the same problem as some other graphics I've seen: there aren't many uses for it in a serious episode unless you can pull out some creativity, and then you'll get people saying it's a dead meme.

I recommend making a dat boi playable character to go along with this.
Then we can have a really good episode.

Plus, you could make dat boi different colors. OH SHIT WADDUP that's pretty fuckin' dope.
They also should scream OH SHIT WADDUP when they die for added A+.
