They probably used MS Paint, so it saves certain file types wrong. So yes, I see them too

Well, in theory, an 18-bit image could actually make some sense in terms of available colors, at 63 each of red/green/blue (instead of the more familiar of 255 each from 24-bit), excluding zero.

Paint.NET has a zoom function. What are you talking about? You can access it via the "View" tab or CTRL+ and CTRL-

Paint.NET has a zoom function. What are you talking about? You can access it via the "View" tab or CTRL+ and CTRL-

Why would you ever not use CTRL Mousewheel for zoom?!?!
