When I Use BandICam Game Capture (Full Registered Version), It works for Every game I have on my laptop, except SMBX, and I really don't wanna do screen capture (only if there is no other way) And SMBX also does not work SMBX in Game Capture

Bandicam picks up on DirectX input to consider something to be a "game." You'll have to record the area of your screen that SMBX takes up to record it.

Game Capture mode works only when you're playing in Fullscreen mode.
Anyway I'd suggest to use windowed mode because it's faster.

I've tried the demo version of Fraps, and it couldn't capture the window of SMBX. As has already been said, capture a specific area of the screen.
