I feel like this had the same treatment as Sezixor's CC6 level.
And I played this and found a reason why, the way you used it's gimmick and made the level focus on it throughout almost the entire level was excellent.
I loved the mesh with Cheep-Cheeps and Galoombas, although I think you went a little too far with the idea of them being there at two spots:
1. When the water is being lifted, the Para-Cheep Cheeps were kinda annoying at times.
2. Near the end, it didn't really make sense that there were 3 at once.
The moving water gimmick stood for a long time, I also liked how the Urchins are in the air, it looked weird but awesome!
It felt a little short, but this is good because so many past winners were long, I liked the color mixing too.
