The sprite looks pretty good, although I think his cap is too brownish instead of tan, his clothing colours aren't really that accurate (Then again, it could be that I just haven't seen him with those colours in a game) and he's missing his glasses, although if you couldn't really find a way to put them in without messing up them, it's fine. Also, like I said, I'm mainly looking at his SM Sunshine art for this, which is this:
