SCP - Containment Breach (Memory Access Violation)

Probably the wrong place to ask this but I have hopes for at least someone to have played this game. I'm currently playing this game's V1.2.3 and I have encountered this bug while activating SCP-049's levers. Apparently it has to do with him entering his idle/hunting state, I can testify that because I did go in front of him right after activating one of the levers and he started chasing me, but after losing him the bug occurred. I can't make any progress without activating SCP-049's levers, in fact I can't finish the game without doing so. I have also checked it's not my save file because I re-started with the same map seed and the bug still persists.

Since you were playing you might know about a possible fix for this problem. Have you ever encountered this bug before?

Quick edit: I know the site may not be directly (or even indirectly) affiliated with the makers of that game, but I'm sure it would be a better place to ask than here.

Oh. The way you worded your post made it seem like you only asked here, which is why I suggested asking on a more appropriate forum.

When I went into 049's area I flipped one switch. After going back and forth and being..well..lost, I went back into his containment area.

Turns out, there are actually more than one switch and you probably just turned the power off by accident. Check things out to ensure you didn't mess something up.

My bad then. I actually made another post in Undertow Games in hopes of getting help there, to no avail.

Well, at least, you got out of there, the bug happens right after flipping one of the switches, I literally have no time to flip the other one let alone exit SCP-049's area.

Sorry for Double-posting, but I have an update on my problem, or so I believe.

I know this is considered a Double-post but I was checking out the game's files and I don't know if there are supposed to be SCP-049 files under <game path>\GFX\npcs, because if there are I see none. If anybody has those missing files do you mind to post them here? It'd be of great help.

Would you mind checking if there's any? If I'm lucky enough this might solve the problem.
