Rule Clarifications

The hackers are informed of each user's ability at the start of the game.

Does this mean that the hackers know who the users are or just know how many of each type of ability they are because if they know who they are, this game is completely unfair?

Everyone outside of the Mafia was ASSIGNED an ability, but only normal Users can actually USE that ability. In other words, all of the specials and third party, and even the Clueless Hacker were on the list of user abilities with random abilities along with everyone else.

So does that mean hackers know which users have which abilities?
Look do they know who exactly has internet anonymity, digital matyr, and library access abilities.
As I'm saying, if player A has the library access ability, do the hackers know player A has library access because if so the mafia is too op
