These look good! I'm not sure what they would be used in, but they look nice. What does the rice ball replace?

I like the design of these power-ups. Very useful if you want to put a twist on your usual Mario powerups.

Those are really awesome "out-of-the-square" ideas. The Chilli reminds me of the SMW: Spicy Edition project from a few years back on NSMBX. I'm downloading this, I'm interested to see what Onigiri (Rice Ball) does.
