There has been an awakening... Have you felt it?

That's right, folks, it's time for
M25: The Mafia Awakens
Format: Cardflip - 14 players

Godfather: Cardflips green.
Consort: Can block one player's ability each night.
Mafia

Sheriff: Can learn the color of one player each night.
Doctor: Can protect one player each night to prevent them from being night killed. Cannot self-protect.
Double Voter: Lynch votes count twice as much as the other players'.
Vigilante: Can kill one player each night. Loses ability permanently if s/he kills a townsperson.

Inactivity Policy
While I do not implement a formal phantom system, you will be at significant risk for being replaced by a backup if you do not post or send me a PM for over 24 in-game hours (a night and day cycle). Please keep this in mind and be active.

Phases will shift at approximately 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time each day, or earlier if all required actions are performed (all ability PMs received during the night, or an insta-lynch during the day).

Feel free to include me in your alliance PMs, or messages between players for other reasons. This helps me write player analyses after the game and such, and is just a lot of fun in general.

Double Voter should claim ASAP.

For those new to Mafia or otherwise wondering why: we need somebody who has a confirmed role. This is hard to do with humans so we'll stick to the special (blue) roles. The way we can do that is by having the double voter claim ("I'm the double voter!!!") publically. If there are no counterclaims ("no I'm the double voter!!!") then we know with almost complete certainty that the double voter is who they say they are*. The reason why it should be the double voter specifically is because that role is the least useful of all of the special roles. Since he'll claim, he'll be a potential Mafia target for sure, so for the duration of this phase he can have the other specials claim to him and start an alliance for the town (just in case he dies, which is likely). This will get the other specials in contact with eachother.

*If you're the double voter and somebody else claims your role, definitely counterclaim!!! It won't help if you hide your identity.

Well for one thing, Joey's got a plan that probably isn't that bad of one. What he's trying to do is create an alliance of blues, which is a major gamble, but it's too early in the to say risks aren't worth it. I'd say just let Joey carry through.
