When you file a report, there is a checkbox that says: Notify me when my report is delt with, I filed a report about a user's(Not saying who)project not having screenshots. It was delt with, but I got no notification whatsoever. What's up with that?

It notifies you to your E-Mail. I also don't see why you would want to be notified if a report is dealt with, as it's not really important to you much.

There's also a checkbox for whoever is dealing with the report regarding whether or not you will be notified, I think.

You're not an idiot, it's required, otherwise you can't join:

Facebook
Twitter, etc.

If you joined before the email system was implemented, you technically could've used an invalid email and you could still have registered.
