First, they can just trace it back to whence it came with finger prints.
Second, this is obviously a stooped prank, I tried doing this to my friend for April fools a few years ago , BTW I was only 10.
Third, we all know how unreliable 4chan is.
Fourth, there is someone holding a camera and that's why it moves around.
Fifth, it uses a filter to make it static
Six, that "death" mask was actually used by doctors in the medieval era.
