Well, i guess it can be used for both SMB3/SMW styled levels, although it looks closer to the SMB3 style.

Block 225 doesn't have water coming out of it?

You have to untick the auto-align box and add the water manually.
I've done it this way so the water coming out of the block-225 is animated too.

What do you mean by ''the top water piece''?

EDIT: Oh, I get what you mean, the top water piece is just the waterfall, put in the drain's semicycle space manually.
