SMB1 NES Shading Boost

Here's most of the blocks from SMB1 (NES) with more shading. They still fit the palette limit though.

There's something wrong with that green mushroom platform, but other than that, nice graphics.

Is there going to be another adjustment for the background? And if so, is there going to be a way to distinguish it from the platforming?

It's a tree, not a mushroom. BTW I agree, it looks strange.

Okay, I've adapted the mushroom/tree thing, now it looks like this:

Problem is, it's a sizable. so I cant add a border without putting one in the middle as well.

Looks pretty, some NES games liked to use that for their means of shading. It actually makes the graphics pop out more.
