Super Smash Bros. 4 Thread

On the subject of stages, I freaking LOVE LOVE LOVE Hyrul Castle 64. It's always been my absolute favorite stage in Smash and I've been praying for it ever since Melee. I spazzed so hard when I learned it was coming to Smash 4 <3

I said in the Smashtravaganza chat I'd post some of my matches (recorded all of the ones I played) on the message boards when I was done uploaded them. I will admit, being my first tourney I was EXTREMELY nervous and wasn't playing to the best of my ability at all despite the win.

Here's a round I had with DrLuigi, in which I was finally starting to calm down somewhat:

I was EXTREMELY jittery in this match so I wasn't doing well at all. Oh well, still satisfied with the outcome even if I'm not too proud of the inbetweens xD

I'll upload some videos later if people want to see how I play under "normal" conditions haha.

Inb4 we never have 3ds tournament again.
Imo we should, wii u gets to much attention, it is helps those who does not have the wii u game. At least do something for them.

Anyways, it has been i while since we talked the ballot fighters, what do you think is the.most requested? In your opinion ok.

King K. Rool is probably the most requested, based on what I've seen.

If goku is in smash, i lost all hope.
It not a bad idea, it is just that... we as gamers are not ready for that. Also if goku is in, people will be lime "OMG THEY CANT DO THIS, AND THAT, WHEN THEY SHOULD DO THIS AND shite like that." So lets wait a few more years before we have goku.

Really, we should have 2 more fighting game characters from namco (Bandai Namco), and sega as they have Well renown fighting games and capcom has two people in, why not have them in too. Really it might be nice to bring make memories like chrono, i heard some people wanted that, i can agree. But really, add in more freaking earthbound, f-zero, donkey kong (not just k. Rool.), well there is not alot a characters for metroid (dont talk about Ridley, that is just a dream that should not happen for some years.), and well really i guess more 2nd and 3rd parties that make sense, no freaking moives or tv shows or books, like game 2nd/3rd parties. Yet we all are stubborn so none of this will ever fet to people.

I assume Smash Flash or something? (EDIT: Missed the 4 in Sm4sh, I'm definitely wrong)

Anyways, I don't think that having Goku in Smash is actually a good idea, but it's realistically probably a pretty common vote.

Besides, even if it is voted the highest the chances are, is that it will never make it in, all the companies between smash and the 3rd parties(i.e. the magna goku is from) may have opinions why that person should not be in, or if they dont want him in, force some things that should not happen, ect. Mainly disagreements, so they will or may never agree to it happening. People may never have that come true, so they go on down the list and "oh look it is k. Rool, should we had him... nah lets not, lets make people wait more". They might not do that, byt still.

Well I know one "Goku" in Smash 4 would be Lucario as his English VA is the same as Goku's.

With DLC you can get Ryu from Street Fighter if that counts.

Actually it does not count. Ryu was in because capcom already was helping make ssb4. In turn, they already agreed on it. So ryu was really just, "hey, is ryu in smash good? 'Nintendo asked' oh sure, maybe we could make him lime he was lime in the arcades! 'Bandai namco and capcom said.' They all said LETS DO IT!" (I should win an Oscar)
Like really they would really need to ask and not beg. Really ryu is a done deal. Mega man was largely requested, pac-man was add not on request, but Bandai Namco was really doing a 25-or more of the work on smash, not nintendo only and its companies. Sega and nintendo are good friends/ rivals, would make it as a publicity. So all the companies can really do shit together. Hey theu are working on project x zone 2 for the 3ds. The sequel after 2-4 years after its other release(which is good imo) So the companies can work well together, adding a new company would make more trouble. I some what rest the case for today.

The other Goku I was referring to was a bit of a joke in that one of Ryu's palettes is him in a neon orange outfit which looks somewhat similar to the one Goku wears; plus he can shoot blue stuff out of his hands, so.. =P but yeah, Lucario's voice actor is the same guy who voiced Goku =P

I did an almost equal thing to a Lv.9 King Dedede when Ganon rekt Mewtwo harshly not so long ago.
Yes, wizard's foot then a back throw and finally finishing him with a down air.
He was even KO'd at 49% just like in the video and I taunted after that.

Also the reason for my 4 best well... being my best.

1rst Villager = To troll everyone by giving them a taste of thier own medicine (if they have a projectile based attack).
2nd Ness = I love to spam that PK fire alot (other wise, PK thunder them).
3rd Ganondorf = When I fail with Villager and Ness, time to bust out the big shoes (his down air is my favorite meteor attack).
4th Kirby = He and Wario were my best in Brawl (and I still like him).

Edit: I wanted to remind you guys about this time at camp. A guy asked me who do I run, and I told him "you mean who do I main"?
He said yes. I told him that it is Villager and he said "oh god". I guess people are scared of Villager now these days.
