Review of Night Desert by icenight
This level was pretty good. It starts in the desert-night themed sections, much like the title says. The placement and NPC variety looks good, the fireball jumping can be very annoying, since you have to SPINjump very highly to kill it. The graphics are good and the music fits well. The atmosphere looks great and the design is good.
As for the gameplay, it was a bit difficult, because of amount of power-ups (there are 2 in this level), but okay. I found there's quicksand 'pits' in the first half of this level, where you can't get up there when you fall down to quicksand, such as this one:
As for the second section, it's fine. There's the locked wall at the end of the section in the LEFT. To get a key, you need to collect all Dragon Coins, so the key will appear, and oh boy, it's not that easy, there's many NPCs, and also annoying jumping firebalz, you should remove few of them so that section will be easier.
