Yes, since LunaLUA 0.7.1 will be released. Both PGE and LunaLUA uses SDL mixer. I forked SDL Mixer and I did a lot of custom things include a loop points support. Therefore both PGE and LunaLUA got support of that in same time. But updated LunaLUA wasn't released yet which has updated SDL mixer (SDL2_mixer_ext.dll) with support of loop points (BUT, you can try to copy SDL2_mixer_ext.dll from latest PGE (Editor 0.3.1.3, Engine 0.2.2.2-alpha) and replace your SDL2_mixer.dll in your LunaLUA, BUT, if you will get crash, you should restore old SDL mixer back).
