Is This A Good Progect Idea

I was wondering if anybody thinks it would be a cool idea to have an episode with DokiDokiPanic characters instead of Mario characters,and if anybody would help desighn levels and graphics.

Because everyone would have hold objects above them and also not everyone would have all their abilities and some abilities would not fit in.

About your project idea, for sure it's possible to do it but for sure it can take time in order to obtain every single graphics as of what Doki Doki Panic has coorperating into SMBX and to actually make it function the way it is like in the original game.

Just because things wouldn't work exactly like DDP, it doesn't necessarily mean it isn't possible. Sprites can be made to fit SMBX's graphical needs for players, and that alone is easy enough, as I'm also sure this has already been done. The DDP players abilities are pretty much the same as the ones that Mario, Luigi, Toad and Princess Toadstool have too. Yes there would be some minor differences, but in essence, it would still pretty much be the desired outcome.

The biggest flaw I see is that Mario/luigi can hold things to the side which would make them seriously OP,but other than that I only see minor flaws,like the extra item slot or how Mario/luigi lose all power ups when hit,but that might make up for their OP ability's.
