Apparently when you set the SMB3 blooper to jumphurt=0 and then jump on it the killing animation shown is that of a stomped rex. I haven't tried yet what happens when you do that with a SMB1 blooper.

Even so, that is pretty interesting actually. Makes me wonder what other weird and wonderful oddities still lie in wait. I'm certainly going to test this out now though.

Yep, Wohlstand and bossedit8 both already discovered this. They even recorded videos about this glitch, which I'm lazy to find right now :/

If you use the stopwatch or a green P-switch to stop time and jump while on Yoshi. Get off of Yoshi-mid jump and get off AS SOON as you land of Yoshi, you can infinitly jump during the timer.

Also, if you set "no turn back=true" on the intro level, the level never reset and players continually flood from the left side of the screen

Another thing is that if you put a SMW Goal Tape, or a P switch in the level the music stops and if you put a warp pipe, going right, the camera will catch up, but it goes right and "ends" the level the character will eventually glitch back behind the pipe until his pathfinding forces him to jump over it.

Using "donttypethis" with supermario # will be the number of bombs falling TIMES the amount of Marios you specified
EX: supermario 2+donttypethis=32 bombs; supermario 4+donttypethis=64 bombs;supermario 128+donttypethis=2048 bombs=crash

If Yoshi has something in his mouth when a stopwatch starts, a random NPC on screen would be randomly eaten. Tested with yoshi, 2 green P-switchs and thwomps. Yoshi activated 1 GP-Switch while the other was in his mouth and the thwomp was eaten. Seems random when and what NPC gets eaten

Do you know? SMW switch platforms are active even if you hide their layer. Player will stand on the place they are and get damage if they have a suitable npc-code.

Firebars don't move in a perfect circle.

i found a unique glitch,
first make a tunnel like this:
Spoiler: show
Image
then, walk through it or jump through and and you teleport through like this:
Spoiler: show
Image
if you make a huge tunnel of this, and you stop, you can be able to glitch through the floor :O

it only goes up and works on small characters,
and it works on shells!
not sure about npcs like goombas or mushrooms, but i bet they work too!

oh and heres some reliable cheat codes: type codes in game:
supermario128 - duplicates player 128 times
needaflower - gives the player a fire flower
needaniceflower - gives the player an ice flower
inanothercastle - turn into toad
bakedacake - turn into peach
needahammersuit - get a hammer bros suit
needatanookisuit - get a tanooki suit
iamerror - turn into link

these are the only ones i remember, but theres a ton others out there!

You kinda typed those 3 wrong like it's anothercastle not inanothercastle.

I'm pretty sure everyone knows this one, but here goes:
When Link turns into a fairy when he climbs a ladder or a vine, he's invincible until an enemy hits him. In fact, you can actually use this to shield yourself from enemy fire and then swiftly dash past them.

He's also faster than any other character. The other 4 climb at the same speed of: whimpy

If he's invincible.. how can he get hit. Makes no sense.

Anyways, around the same time as that, I think I've stumbled across a glitch that no-one else has discovered yet. And yeah, this is a Link-related glitch.
When Blue Link or Gold Link attempts to fly up to a pipe that goes up by using a fairy, and he tries to enter the pipe while still a fairy, he'll be stuck inside the pipe, and he won't be able to get out. You can't control him, and thus you can't move. The only way to get out is to quit the game and restart. Which is an outrage, because it's preventing me from completing my Link solo run of The Invasion 2.

I am really surprised that no one mentioned this before (well, at least I used the search button to find it and didn't see anything related) because it's so simple. Anyway, I saw this in a video and I wasn't sure if it was a glitch, so I tested it in the level editor. The thing is; you know when you use ice flower on an enemy underwater, the ice-cube floats to the surface and you can see it slightly moving up and down , right? Well that ice cube on the surface is deadly to the enemies. I tried to kill one enemy with it by simply spawning a Para-Goomba on it, then tested its speed by spamming enemies on it (eventually with a trail of Bullet Bills :P) and they all worked. I finally tried to use it on Bowser et voila, it worked. I found out it can be used on every boss and as long as they touch the ice cube, it will kill the bosses in no time. Finally, you gain score and eventually 1-ups from the enemies that ice cube has killed and that doesn't have to be constant, the score doesn't reset like, say, when you are jumping on enemies and accidentally touch ground. I don't know if that was common knowledge but I found it really interesting and I had never read about it before so I thought I might share.

Yes, I'm aware of this bug. Basically the ice cube is meant to kill enemies that touch it while it is moving. While the ice cube, as you said, is floating, it bobs up and down, all the while trying to move upwards due to the physical water area. Therefore, since SMBX detects movement from an ice cube while this occurs, it thinks that it must be acting as a projectile, hence why it kills enemies. It is a cool gimmick to abuse in levels, however, as you said, it will continuously chain points and eventuate to be a way to farm 1-Ups.
