Needing help with MP3's...

So i try to record the audio with a recorder but when i set the video to private so i only have the song and try to convert it into mp3, it doesn't work? It happend 2 times before. Any help?

Youtube videos? Try making the video public for a short time, convert it into an mp3, then delete/set again to private the video, if that's even possible.
I don't know if that works, by the way xD

Shouldn't you have a backup of your own videos on your pc? You can open that one in a video editing software and extract from there. AVI/MP4 to MP3 conversion could also work, but be wary of malware if looking for these.

Are you trying to convert a YouTube video to an MP3 or are you trying to record yourself and convert it to an MP3 by creating a YouTube video and then converting it to an MP3?

If you're doing the latter, that's way too much work/quality loss when you can just record the audio directly.
