What if someone doesn't want to make it zip and makes it rar, are you dq him bc you probably can't open rars?

Uhh, today is 18.6.15 and acording to this, the deadline is 19/20.7.15

Also, can tbe hist clarifiy more rules? And be skiped four and put two fives!

You should really extend the due date up higher, I can't see this surviving with the community contest coming up in a few.
