Did you just put maridia's ground sand texture under the SMW grass? Creative... (I probably wasn't doing that or anything with any other Super Metroid GfX)

...but how would it look with Metroid series enemies in the level? (Or any series that's much darker than Mario)

I'm not worried. I think it would look good, but I would be interested in seeing.

You can't really call this SM styled because everything except for the fill tiles is SMW styled still. Nice sprite-swap tho. I can see this being used in ghostly valley levels or something (even though you SHOULD consider darkening the fill where it collides with any grass).

It's nice to see a darker-styled SMW grassland tileset, it can be useful for night levels.
