SNES Rendered SMB3 NES Fire Mario

Postby Squishy Rex » Mon Mar 17, 2014 8:46 pm

Here's Fire Mario's form that will debut in Utopia. I like the idea of Fire Mario they portrayed in the NES version of SMB3, so with a quick edit, you to can glow like a neon light while nerfing fireballs. Please give credit if you use it.

Actually, it's in Red Yoshi's pack.

I kinda like how this sprite looks, although (and this may sound stupid), it looks far too orange to me. His clothes are just a little bit lighter than his skin so it all just blends together when you look at it, or at least to me it does.

It does look pretty nice, but I think it has too much detail to be considered SMW. Maybe you could reduce a little bit the contrast and fix some things here and there right after that so it'll look better. It's a good try though.

No-one ever said anything about SMW. He tried to make it look like fire Mario from SMb3 on the nes, but with the detail from the 16bit era. (ie. SNES)
