Bowser is about to invade the mushroom kingdom, but he knows the Mario bros. will stop him soon after takeover. He takes his airship to a desert ruins where an ancient artifact is held, knowing he's up to no good, the Bros. give chase

I don't think it's a good idea to make a project thread before you've finished at least a few levels, because right now there's nothing of note to the story, the areas or the extremely bland screenshot.
