How to?

How do I make a conveyor belt? It's like an automatic moving thing, like in this.

Can I make that in SMBX?

Inside the SMB3 NPC Tab, at the bottom right there is a platform that has 2 ropes going horizontaly. Those are conveyor belts. Sadly the only one though but it's worth that one single NPC to make it work like being a regular conveyor as always.

If you want a project, i would appreciate a playable Sonic the Hedgehog.
Also, i request for you to playthrough "The Kaizo Trials." It has the same final boss.

Funny since I already playthroughed that game but thanks for the suggestion anyway.

By the way, if you want to make a conveyor belt not solid like in SMW, you have to use the followings inside the NPC code relative to the NPC ID:

playerblock=0
npcblock=0
That makes it sure that you can go through it but you and the npcs are still be able to stand on it.

By the way (this isn't really related to your issue) I watched that video and it's great. To be honest, I hope that sometimes in the future a thing like this could be made with SMBX.

Sadly, there is no way to make a custom conveyor belt in SMBX as far as I am aware of. However, as it was already mentioned, there are SMB3 conveyors in the NPC tab. It's possible that you could re-texture the conveyor belt as the same frame for each, but it would be slow. There is also no way to change the speed of the conveyor.

I'm sure many users would enjoy that too. If it were implemented, it would not be by redigit, but probably with an external program or coding.

This isn't related to issue, but "Kumikyoku Nico Nico Douga" (The video) is awesome! :D I'd love to re-create that in SMBX, but that probably isn't possible right now due to not having the option to create custom-made conveyors.

Actually you can change the speed of the conveyor belt so that whenever you standing in one of these they push you even faster into one direction. Simply add the "speed=" inside the notepad relative to that NPC like for example "speed=2" and there is your result. Be careful that it can be a bit buggy doing that too.

Anything wrong with that? We are just Messaging relative to that conveyor belt npc including different NPC codes so you can work with it on a different way and not always the same thing as of what SMBX has it to begin with.
