EDIT: Just found that typo, not gonna fix. That is a beautiful sentence.
So you're saying Adam Sandler tastes so good that he licks himself? Well, at least he has ONE thing going for him.

To me it looks like a movie version of the part in Futurama's Anthology of Interest 2 where 80s arcade machine characters attack the planet.

The Cat in the Hat movie starred Mike Myers, not Adam Sandler.
And it was genius.

How do I have that exact same shirt in my closet? My gosh.
I can't really say anything about the movie until it actually comes out, so I hope it does get released.

I'm honestly not expecting much from this. It'll probably be like "Sharknado" but with classic video game characters instead of sharks.
I'm still gonna see it tho cuz videogames

I agree, I was actually really surprised when I learned how poorly-received it was.

My initial reactions:
"Oh, they're making this a full-length movie now?" (because I'd already seen the viral video this movie is based on, that lasted all of two minutes)
"Oh, it's because Adam Sandler wanted this to happen." (because Adam Sandler's face appeared)
Suspicions not necessarily confirmed but seemed as likely after I looked it up. Adam Sandler is not just the starring cast member but also a producer, and the founder of the company that is co-producing the film (Happy Madison Productions) along with "1492 Pictures" (which seems to be best known, if at all, for its visual effects).
It's a massive groan-worthy idea and it doesn't surprise me that one of the lowest bidders of comedic films in general saw dollar signs and wanted to slap their name on it. I mean, I'm sure it'll be fun. I'm just not hyped or even mildly excited. I'm moreso just curious how this managed to be a thing that exists.

I've seen a lot of movies and I can tell you ones with Adam Sandler aren't really funny.

I mean, honestly, as much as I respect and like Jim Carrey, it seems to me like his humor runs dry after a while. While it might be interesting I guess, I'm not entirely sure that would help Pixels any.

Tbh I'd actually rather have a movie with our Pixels than with Adam Sandler.
